Returns & Exchange Policy

At Overflowing Studio, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer service at overflowingstudio15@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Shipping the Item Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

  4. Processing & Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund or exchange within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

6. Exceptions & Additional Notes

  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please use a trackable shipping method.
